How we work

Dropping off your vehicle

• Upon your arrival our staff will be waiting to complete the booking details to confirm your arrival and departure dates.
• Check the vehicle.
• Our courtesy bus will take you directly to Terminal 3 Departures.

Collecting your vehicle 

• Collect your luggage and make your way to the collection point, our courtesy bus will come after you have called to pick you up. ONLY once you have called the office on (0034) 952171444 and have collected your luggage.
• Any change of your arrival date you must inform our office at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you arrive to collect your car without notice or you do not arrive on the agreed date in the contract you will be charged €10.
• From the hours of 23:00 to 07:00 a night fee of 10€ will be charged.
